Stephen Don Garland

Stephen Don Garland, known to all as Stevie Don, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 at the age of 61.  Steve was born to Don and Nina (Watson) Garland on September 14, 1958 in Mineral Wells where he lived most of his life. He was a hard worker and retired from Lockheed after many years. Stevie Don was kind, loving, warm, funny and an amazing dancer. He always had a smile that lit up a room and a sincere "hey, good lookin" for all the ladies. He loved life, his family, his friends and his Lord, and enjoyed hunting, dancing and telling a good story.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Nina Garland.

Steve will be remembered and loved by his children, KaCee Bailey and husband Kevin and Dalton Garland; granddaughters, Khloe and Karter Bailey; brother, Keith Garland and wife Amy; nieces, Cheslyn and Cassidy Garland; stepsons Brandon and Justin Bills; and a host of loving extended family and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Woodland Park Cemetery.
