Stephen "Steve" Ronald Phillips
Stephen “Steve” R. Phillips passed away on August 23, 2024 after a long illness. He was born March 22, 1950 in Fulton County, Georgia.
Steve lost the love of his life, Sheila, in October 2017 and their son, Jason, in June 2010 as well as his parents, Cecil Cathell Phillips and Virginia Lee Davis Wheeler.
He is survived by his sister, Vicki and brother-in-law, David Harrison and by his brother , Harry Phillips.
Interment will be in Stockbridge, GA at Fairview Memorial.
