Tim Trevino, “Timmy,” the beloved son of Alejandro and Guadalupe Trevino of Mineral Wells, passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 58. Tim proudly served his community as a Police Officer for the Weatherford Police Department for many years, dedicating himself to protecting and helping others. His commitment to service reflected the steady, dependable nature that defined him both on and off duty. As a devoted family man, Tim loved the simple joys of life, which included fishing, grilling, playing pool, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. Whether he was casting a line, cooking for the people he loved, sinking a perfect shot on the pool table, or enjoying a quiet moment outside, Tim found happiness in being present with those who mattered most. His kindness, laughter, and love will forever remain in our hearts and will be missed by all who knew him. Tim is survived by his mother, Guadalupe Trevino of Mineral Wells, and his father‑in‑law, Charles Winn of Bandera. He is also survived by his loving and devoted wife, Robin Trevino of Mineral Wells; his son, Timothy Trevino of Mineral Wells; and his daughter, Thalia Trevino‑Haughton, and her wife, Cquoya of Dallas. He is further survived by his stepson, Andrew Loya of Granbury; Antonio Loya and his wife, Isabel Loya, of Fort Worth; granddaughters Rosie, Stella, and Abbie Loya; and grandson Carter Loya. He is also survived by his brothers: Gabriel Trevino and his wife, Aida, of Mineral Wells; Juan Trevino and his wife, Jaime, of Mineral Wells; Alex Jr. Trevino of Joshua; and Gerald Trevino and his wife, Marla, of Mineral Wells. Tim leaves behind numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand‑nieces, and grand‑nephews who all adored him. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Alejandro Trevino Sr. Tim will be remembered for his big heart, love of family, and his advice on life, which he offered to many. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
