Trudy Mae Whitaker Andrew

Trudy Mae Whitaker Andrew, 88, passed away August 7, 2026 in Mineral Wells. She was born September 21, 1937 in Amherst the daughter of Amos Wesley and Dessie Bell Threet Whitaker. She married Roy Clayton Andrew in 1952 in New Mexico. Her life was kids and grandkids and she loved animals.

Services will be 9 AM Monday August 17, 2026 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with burial following at Indian Creek Cemetery.

She is survived by her children: Mike Andrew and wife Sharon of Lubbock, Terry Andrew of Oroville, California, Debbie Zahn and husband Rick of PK Lake, Tami Maxwell and husband Michael of Lubbock, 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, sister: Barbara Harbour of Arkansas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in July of 2018, her son: Marty Andrew in March of 2018, sister: Juanelle Cook, and brothers: Gerald and Donald Whitaker.
