William "Bill" Ray Miller

William “Bill” Ray Miller passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020. He was born May 25, 1933 in Manhattan, KS. Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church Mineral Wells. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Bill retired from the Texas Highway Department 30 years ago. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Miller; parents, Marion Francis and Vera Taylor Miller; sister, Martha Green; and daughter-in-law, Ann Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Miller; children, Bill Miller, Jr., Barry Miller and wife Elizabeth, Becky Schiller and husband Nelson; stepchildren, Teressa Todd and husband Cody, James Todd Cotton and wife Katrina; 8 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Bradford and Burnice Roberts; numerous nieces and nephews.
