William Graham

b. October 3, 1929

William "Bill" Stanley Graham, Jr. passed away at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 3, 1929, in Austin, Tx, to William Stanley and Catherine Winder Graham. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Reverends Bill and Catherine Graham; sister Mary Frances Keen; brother, Jesse Graham. Bill Graham loved the Lord and his family; for over 68 years, Mae Rene was the love of his life, and together they created a family of faith, fun, and complete devotion; He loved his ranch, his horses, and his TCU Horned Frogs; He loved family dinners and road trips, for football, basketball, BBQ and the Luling Watermelon Festival; He loved breakfast with his buddies, serving in the Sheriff's Posse, and visits with his friends; He loved his church and his community, and was a man of character, energy, and ethics; we are very proud to have learned these values from him. Bill Graham loved his life, and we love him and all the wonderful memories he left for us. Survivors include his wife, Mae Rene Graham; children, Chere Graham Johnson, Pam Graham and husband Jim Vandehaar, Bud Graham and wife Janis; grandchildren, Amanda and Gene Christiano, Ryan Johnson, Emily Johnson, Ryan James Looney and wife Melissa, Travis and wife Elise Looney; great-grandchildren, Graham and Quinn Christiano, Brayden, Emma Grace, and Riley Looney; brother, Robert Graham and wife Barbara; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, January 24 at the First Baptist Church Mineral Wells. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gideons International, P. O.
